Transitional Queen Anne/Colonial Revival. 2-story, 3-bay, hip-roofed frame house with a projecting cross gable on the southwest corner. The porch wraps around the full length of south and west sides and has Doric columns, turned balusters and dentil cornice. Most windows are 2/2 sash. An additional door is on the southeast corner and the building is now 2 apartments. Built by Mary Frances Jones as a speculative house.
